High Street Hoagies, known far and wide for its innovative bread bakery and sandwiches, takes guests on a tour of Philadelphia, by way of its iconic sandwich which is synonymous with the city–the hoagie. Bringing this signature sandwich to New York City, High Street has designed a one-of-a-kind dinner experience featuring a vast collection of hoagies, each inspired by a different Philadelphia neighborhood. In addition, the evening’s hoagie “omakase” experience, will feature a variety of accompaniments from chef Christina McKeough’s menu of elevated comfort food along with exclusive cocktails crafted by Harry Jamison to wash it all down.

About Christina McKeough:
Christina began her culinary career in 1999, after graduating from the Culinary Institute of America. Since then she has held leadership roles in many kitchens throughout the country, including her own, in the Finger Lakes region of NY. Currently, as the Executive Chef of Ellen Yin’s esteemed High Street, Christina works tirelessly to create menus and experiences for our guests that evoke comfort, simplicity, seasonality, and beauty.
About Kate Hughes:
Kate Hughes is the pastry chef behind Fork and High Street Philadelphia who is elevating the pastry experience with exciting, creative desserts. Prior to joining the group, Hughes was pastry chef at Wilder Philadelphia, but earned her stripes at various properties for the Four Seasons including Philadelphia, Denver, Vail and Jackson Hole. She has a passion for exotic flavors and loves using savory elements in her desserts. She is a graduate of the Art Institute of Colorado and hails from Broomfield, just outside of Denver.
About Kyle Wood:
Kyle Wood, Head Baker, joined High Street Bakery from Birmingham, Alabama where he trained as a bread baker at Continental Bakery & Chez Lulu. After serving as High Street Production Manager for the past two years, Wood worked under Delilah Pergola to fine tune his knowledge of Philadelphia's local grain scene, natural long sourdough fermentation and bread production. He now oversees all High Street's bread production for the group’s restaurants, farmer market locations and for High Street bakery retail operations.
