Description: Experience an evening of vinyl, food and wine. Deep cuts by way of a.kitchen’s ever-popular, quarterly Vine-yl Night series and part of its award-winning natural wine and beverage program. Sommelier Frank Kinyon curates the wine and vinyl selections while chef Eli Collins (Philadelphia Magazine’s Best Chef 2022), pairs an array of snacks and small plates to complete the experience.
Behind the beverages are winemakers Francesca Galarus and Nicholas Ducos, co-owners of Mural City Cellars, Philadelphia’s first independently owned urban winery. With the overall goal of making wine more accessible, they prioritize minimal intervention and local grapes.

About Eli Collins:
Chef Eli Collins has been part of High Street Hospitality Group since 2017. After studying art abroad, he spent time traveling and working up and down the East Coast, finally landing in New York City where he worked for acclaimed chef Daniel Boulud at his eponymous Daniel, a Michelin- starred contemporary French restaurant, and later as executive chef at Boulud’s DBGB Kitchen, a more casual brasserie. At a.kitchen, Collins earned “Three Bells” from the Inquirer’s critic Craig LaBan for his “compelling French flair” and a menu “driven by seasonality and a love of prime ingredients.” a.kitchen has been named one of Wine Enthusiast’s Top 100 Wine Restaurants in America, Wine Spectator’s “Award of Excellence” in 2020 and 2022, and James Beard Award semifinalist for Outstanding Wine Program 2022 and 2024. In 2022, Philadelphia Magazine named chef Collins its Best Chef of Philly.
About Frank Kinyon:
Frank Kinyon is the beverage and service Director of a.kitchen+bar, a 2022 and 2024 James Beard Award semifinalist for Outstanding Wine and Other Beverages. Prior to joining the a.kitchen+bar team, Kinyon began his career at Osteria where he became the floor sommelier and eventually took over the beverage program. In that year, the restaurant earned Two Glasses from Wine Spectator. Kinyon grew an eye for unique and natural wine, bringing him to the a.kitchen+bar team in 2017 where he focuses on overseeing the forward-thinking and edgy wine program. He is a WSET Level Three Sommelier.
About Harry Jamison:
Harry Jamison is the general manager of a.kitchen+bar, an American fare restaurant focused on seasonally inspired ingredients and innovative cocktails, located within AKA Rittenhouse Square. In 2014, Jamison made his way to Philadelphia, where he worked at High Street Hospitality Group’s Fork as Service + Beverage Director before a three-year stint as the general manager of the award-winning Townsend. In 2020, Jamison returned to HSHG, this time taking the helm of a.kitchen+bar. Throughout Jamison’s career, he has been awarded many accolades in the industry including a nomination for Rising Star Philly by SevenFifty Daily and being featured on Philadelphia’s StarChefs. In 2022 and 2024, under his purview, a.kitchen+bar was named a semifinalist for the James Beard Foundation’s “Outstanding Wine and Other Beverages” Award.
