The lunch will be paired with a selection of wines from Red Tail Ridge Winery, and is sure to be a great way to spend a summer Saturday.

About Tim Lipman:
Chef Tim Lipman and his wife Jenny co-own and operate two Palm Beach Gardens establishments: Coolinary Café and the Parched Pig. Each location relies on the notion that a restaurant is as much about good, clean, and thoughtful food as it is about being a place for friends and family to gather and share the day’s stories.
Coolinary Café opened its doors in 2012; at its core is the spirit of community dining. Known for inventive meals, the spot was awarded “Best New Restaurant” by The Palm Beach Post, and Lipman was named “Best Chef.” Coolinary Café has also been featured on “Emeril’s Florida” and “Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives.” The Parched Pig debuted in early 2017 and was dubbed “Best Watering Hole” by Palm Beach Illustrated and recognized by The Palm Beach Post as the “Best Bar in Palm Beach County” in 2017.
In Fall of 2021, Coolinary Café and The Parched Pig expanded to operate under one roof and have since changed the official name to Coolinary.
