A Festive Demo and Tasting with Mixologist Pam Wiznitzer, Elyssa Heller of Edith’s, and Pearl Street Caviar

Hanukkah, the festival of lights, is a time to gather and celebrate with friends, family, and food. Get into the spirit of the holiday and join us for a decadent evening of cocktails, latkes, and caviar from Pearl Street Caviar. Mixologist Pamela Wiznitzer will teach her favorite Hanukkah beverage: an olive-oil washed martini finished with caviar. Elyssa Heller, founder and owner of The New York Times–acclaimed Edith’s in Brooklyn (and opening soon in the West Village) will be there to demonstrate the signature Edith’s square latke. Everyone will have a chance to drink, schmooze, and indulge in latkes with a variety of toppings and sauces.

Tickets to events held at Platform at Pier 57 by the James Beard Foundation cover the cost of food, education and a unique dining experience. Meals are prepared by culinary masters from all regions of the United States and around the world. All reservations are non-refundable and must be made in advance. Should the event be cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances, including COVID-19, JBF will offer a range of options, including ticket exchanges, the option to donate tickets, or a full refund.
