Decorate Your Own Ice Cream Cake and Create a Customized Ice Cream Sandwich with Noona’s Asian-Inspired Flavors
25 11th Ave, New York, NY 10011, USA
Inspired by a passion for creating bigger, better and more inclusive shelves in the ice cream aisle of America’s grocery stores, Hannah Bae launched Noona’s in 2016 with the goal of creating a line of Asian American ice cream flavors unlike anything else in the category. Playful and whimsical flavors such as Toasted Rice, Turmeric Honeycomb, and Red Bean Chocolate Chip celebrate Hannah’s pride in her identity and have garnered her praise from outlets such as Forbes, New York Magazine Cosmopolitan, and more. In celebration of her first brick and mortar location opening soon in New York City’s East Village, Hannah is leading a hands-on ice-cream cake decorating class. Attendees will sip on vibrant butterfly pea flower gin cocktails while decorating (and then eating!) their own 6" ice cream cakes with whipped cream and toppings. As a bonus, everyone will have the chance to create an individualized ice cream sandwich with customized flavors. Don’t miss your chance to cool down at this grown-up ice cream party with cocktails and festive flavors from Noona’s.

About Hannah Bae:
Hannah Bae launched Noona’s in 2016 at the Hester Street Fair in New York City on the day of their annual ice cream contest and won best ice cream flavor for her toasted rice ice cream. A trained pastry chef, she has always had a fascination with ice cream and launched Noona’s because she wanted to see flavors that represented her Asian-American background in the mainstream. Noona’s is here to reflect the faces, flavors and culture of America now and tomorrow while honoring our roots.
