Step back in time and savor the ancient art of winemaking, dating back to over 10,000 years. Join sommelier and educator Dana Beninati for an unforgettable journey back in time to experience the history, flavor and fun of where man first made wine. Guests willexplore the techniques and cultures behind the world's oldest winemaking traditions and discover traditions passed down through millennia. Sip on a curated selection of ancient world wines thoughtfully paired with bites that represent regions of the Caucasus and Central Europe. The evening will culminate in a cooking demonstration and tasting of Khachapuri, a traditional and indulgent Georgian cheese bread. This immersive seminar is ideal for wine enthusiasts, food lovers, and anyone curious about the fascinating history of wine.
